I saw this post and was inspired by the imagery and simplicity. As much as I tried to keep it simple, I apparently had some thoughts I needed to share.

You use the written word to express those friends better than I. Regardless, the fact that he's constantly in our thoughts is a testament to the person he was. It still hurts, and it'll never be right because of the way he left.
